Method 2 of 2:
Making Paper Glitter
1
Collect or make shiny paper.
2
Cut with scissors.
3
Cut shapes with a hole punch.
Tips
Epsom salt can make pretty glitter, but it is only edible in very small quantities (and may not taste great). Use only Epsom salt that has been approved for human use by the FDA, the USP, or another regulatory agency.[1]
When using the wrapping paper glitter, spray with an aerosol hairspray to stop it falling off.
Warnings
Food color will stain skin, clothing, and carpet. Use it with care and work over newspaper if necessary.
Children should ask an adult for help before using the oven.
Make sure your hair is not in the way of the scissors when you are cutting the wrappers.
